What is the Oquto smart QR menu and how does it work?
Oquto is a web-based (PWA) digital menu platform built for hotels, cafes and restaurants. Guests scan the QR code on the table or tap their phone on the NFC stand and the menu opens in 0.2 seconds. Ordering, calling a waiter and requesting the bill all happen on one screen.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The menu is a progressive web app (PWA) that opens in the browser. No App Store or Google Play download is required, and it keeps working from cache on weak connections.
Which languages does the menu support?
Menu content, descriptions and allergen information are automatically translated into 14 languages with AI. The guest’s phone language is detected automatically, including English, German, Russian, Arabic and French.
Does it integrate with my existing POS or hotel PMS?
Yes. We offer two-way integration with POS systems such as SambaPOS, Micros and NarPOS and hotel PMS software such as Opera and Fidelio. Orders are posted automatically to the check or the room folio.
How does pricing work? Do you charge commission?
There is no per-order commission. Plans start at ₺590 per month, with a 20% discount for annual billing, and come with an unconditional full refund within the first 14 days.
What is included in the free sample kit?
The kit contains 1 laser-engraved crystal acrylic stand, 1 solid wood stand and an NFC chip. It ships free of charge within 2 business days of your request.
